Admin
Your organization has at least one admin. The admin has all possible privileges and can add new accounts. The admin can also change the user roles.
The admin accounts also have access to the company's dashboard and data overview.
User
A user has a bit fewer privileges compared to the admins, but they can create projects and cases. They can also submit cases.
Users can add new accounts, but they can only add other users or viewers. A user also cannot change the user roles of the accounts.
Viewer
A viewer is only able to view cases and their results. A viewer is not allowed to create new projects or cases, nor can a viewer upload files.
A view can only add another viewer.
Important
Note that regardless of the user type, all users have access to all projects within their company. In addition, no one has access to projects from other companies.
