Multi-Factor Authentication

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) enhances platform security by requiring a secondary verification step, such as an authenticator app or physical security key, in addition to a standard password. This strict access control prevents unauthorized logins and ensures project data remains securely protected.

Managing MFA Settings

MFA can be configured individually by any user for their own account, or managed globally by administrators for the entire company.

Individual Users:

• Click your profile name in the top right corner.
• Select Profile from the dropdown menu to open your personal overview.
• Toggle multi-factor authentication on or off using the settings panel on the right.

Administrators:

• Click your profile name in the top right corner.
• Select Company profile from the dropdown menu.
• Navigate to the Users tab to view all accounts associated with the company.
• Toggle multi-factor authentication on or off for specific users in the rightmost column.

Activity Log

Administrators can monitor platform access through the Activity log tab located on the company overview page. This log records the exact timestamp of each user's last activity alongside the IP address used to access the platform. Additionally, automated email alerts are triggered and sent to the administrator if the system detects a suspicious login attempt.
