History

This chapter explains the activity History window, which serves as a comprehensive record of all actions performed within the system. It functions as a pure history collector, tracking every significant event associated with each person or user.

Actions Tracked

The Activity History window displays the following types of actions:

  • Case creation — when a new case is created
  • Case edition — when a case is modified or updated
  • Case validation — when a case is validated
  • Case status change to running — when a case status transitions to running
  • Case status change to stalled — when a case status transitions to stalled
  • Case status change to finish — when a case status transitions to finished

User Attribution

For each action recorded, the system also tracks which user performed it, providing clear attribution for case creation, edition and validation.

This ensures complete transparency and accountability for all case-related activities throughout the system.

For each entry, the system also stores the date and time when the action occurred.
